23 August, 2008 Nikujaga


Today I tried to cook the Japanese traditional food 'Nikujaga' for the first time in my life.
It is often called 'Mother's cooking' in Japan.

I used a carrot, a potato, an onion and some pork.
Umm, they are similiar with materials when I made the tomato stew.
Then I made a seasoning with soy sauce, liquor, sugar.

Finished cook is like the picture above.
It was really delicious one, too.
I may have an ability of cooking.


今日は日本の伝統的料理、肉じゃがを我が人生で初めて作ってみた。
肉じゃがはよく日本で’母の味’といわれます。
ニンジン、じゃがいも、たまねぎ、豚肉。
うーん、トマトシチューを作ったときと似てるなあ。
それから醤油、お酒、砂糖で調味料を作成。

完成型は写真のような感じ。
これも本当においしかった。
料理の才能があるかも。
